Delete your EdiEZ VeriFactu account
This page explains how to request deletion of your EdiEZ VeriFactu account and the associated data. Controller: EDIEZONLINE SL (EdiEz).
How to delete your account in the app
Open the EdiEZ VeriFactu app, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your access is removed immediately. If your company has more than one user, you can choose to delete only your own user or, as the company owner, the whole company.
Or request deletion by email
Alternatively, send an email to info@ediez.online from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete VeriFactu account", stating your name and the account email you want deleted. We will verify your identity and process the request.
What data is deleted
Once the request is verified, we delete:
- Your account data (name and sign-in email address).
- Scanned invoice images stored for processing.
Timeframe: deletion is completed within a maximum of 30 days of verifying the request.
What data is retained, and for how long
Invoices and tax records generated or submitted to AEAT must be kept for the period legally required by Spanish tax law (generally several years). During that period they are kept blocked, available solely to the competent authorities, and are deleted once it elapses.
